2 lb bag hashbrowns diced
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp minced onions
1 can cream chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
1 sm americam cheese or 2 cups.
cornflakes for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Add all the ingredients except cornflakes. Mix well. Sprinkle the cornflakes on top. Bake 1 hr at 350.
