1 3/4 lb lean chuck
1 cup sliced onions
1 1/2 cup mushroom soup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup condensed cream of tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. In hot shortening add onions and salt. Add other ingredients except sour cream and simmer slowly 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly but do not boil. Pour over rice, spaghetti or noodles.
