1 1/3 cup Flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 can crushed pinapple, 8 oz
1/2 cup chopped peacans
1 cup chopped bananas

3 1/2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 lb confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat or cake will be tough. Stir in vanilla, pinapple with its juice, pecans and bananas. Pour into well greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes.

Beat ingredients together until they are smooth and creamy. Spread on cake.
