1 pound crab legs, cut in two-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. green onion chopped
1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1-1/2 tsp. water
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. sherry or brandy
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. coconut milk (or whole milk)
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. (or up to 1 tbsp.) curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

Put oil in wok or large pot and heat until very hot. Add garlic and stir. Remove garlic and set aside. Add crab legs and stir until heated. Add sherry or brandy and chicken stock. Heat and stir, then add sesame oil and seasonings. Stir in coconut milk, curry powder and cornstarch mixture and boil for 2 minutes. Serve, using green onions for garnish.
