1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, minced
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, drained
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stir until blended. Serve with Ritz crackers. May be used as sandwich filling.
