1 lb. hamburger
1 minced clove garlic
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 cooked/drained manicotti noodles (or lg shells) 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and garlic in skillet; drain fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir in meat. Fill each manicotti with filling. Place in pan. Sprinkle with any remaining filling. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes.
We double the recipe so we have enough for the family.
