2 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Half and Half
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Cups Strawberries, Pureed
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Small Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and then add milk, sugar, half and half, whipping cream, strawberries and vanilla.

Cook and stir over medium-low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon - approximately 14 minutes.

Stir in marshmallows until melted.

Set pan in ice bath and stir for 5 - 10 minutes until cool. Cover a refrigerate overnight.

Freeze ice cream according to your machines directions.
