1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast (dissolve)


Add:

1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. flour*


Pizza Sauce

1/4 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. oil
tsp. salt
1 6 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/16 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. parsley.

DOUGH:
Beat until smooth then add *1 cups flour
Knead until soft dough than add any additional flour as needed. Let rise 45 minutes. Grease a jelly roll pan and roll dough to fit.
SAUCE: Saute onions in oil. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Spread sauce on dough with desired toppings and bake @ 375 until edges are golden brown and toppings and cheese are bubbly.
