"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1lb. Kielbasa - diced or sliced 3 c. shredded cabbage 1/2 c. diced onion (one medium) 1 can great northern beans (do not drain) 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1/4 c. catsup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. worcestershire 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot sauce or more if you like it 1/2 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
This is a crock pot recipe, but it's faster if cooked on the stove. When cabbage and onion are done, it's ready to eat. The longer it's simmered, the better it is.
