1 1/2 lb. regular breakfast sausage
1 package english muffins
1 dozen eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown, crumble and drain sausage. Spread about half of the cooked sausage in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Line pan with split english muffins (break some muffins to fill empty spaces, you'll have less than one muffin left over). Top with remaining sausage.
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sour cream and soup. Beat together (the cream cheese will still be lumpy). Pour over english muffins and sausage.
Bake 1 hour and 15 min. at 350 covered. When almost done, sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered until set.
Can be mixed the night before and refrigerated until baking.
