6 large potatoes, boiled, mashed & cooled 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt Flour
1) Mix all ingredients together 2) Knead like dough, roll into a long thin roll 3) Cut into 1" dumplings 4) Drop into a pot of boiling water for 10-12 minutes, dumplings should rise to top 5) Serve with gravy
