4 or 5 potatoes, 1 pkg of Ranch Salad Dressing (Powdered), 1/4 to 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 1/2 lb bacon fried, 1/2 cup scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into square chunks and boil. Fry 1/2 lb of bacon crisp while potatoes are cooking. Once bacon is done, crumble bacon in bowl. Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water, drain and add to bowl with bacon. Chop 1/2 bunch of scallions and add. Add 1 pkg of Ranch dressing (powdered) and mayonnaise to taste.
