Marinade:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Pour marinade over flank steak, cover and let stand several hours or overnight. Remove from marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Slice diagonally and serve.
