1 20 oz. chunk pineapple, drained. Save juice.
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour, heaping or more
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
1 large container Cool Whip
2 c. diced unpeeled apple
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine reserved pineapple juice and marshmallows. Let stand overnight.
Combine sugar, flour, egg, white vinegar in saucepan, and add pineapple juice mixture. Cook mixture over medium heat until thick. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Mix cooled sauce and Cool Whip, then add chopped apple and peanuts. Chill
