1 pound fresh broccoli (slightly salted)
3 medium onions quartered
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
2 oz sharp chedder cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli and onion until done on top of stove. In medium saucepan slowly cook milk, margarine and flour until thickened. Add cream cheese and cook until smooth. Pour milk mixture over broccoli in baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 covered then remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
