3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar substitute (more or less, to taste)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
12 oz green cabbage, finely shredded
4 oz red cabbage, finely shredded
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl to combine. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Can also add bacon bits or unsalted sunflower seeds if desired.
