1 1/2 cups raw peanuts 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup white corn syrup 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp soda 1 tsp vanilla
Put in a glass bowl, stir and microwave for 4 min on high.Stir again and cook for 4 more min on high. Add the 2 tbsp butter and stir until melted. Cook on high for 3 more min. Add the tsp soda and stir. Add the tsp of vanilla and stir again. Spread a thin layer on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Hardens quickly.
