1 cup sugar
1/3 half/ half
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the 1st 3 ingred. and stir until it comes to a rolling boil,then boil for 1 min. Take off the stove. Then add the vanilla and the choc chips. Stir good and it will thicken as it cools. When thick enough, place onto the cake.
