1/2 lb okra 2 Eggs 1 tbsp Water 3/4 c All-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp Cajun spice blend 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 c Vegetable oil
Mix eggs and water in small bowl. Mix flour, Cajun spice and salt in another small bowl. Dip okra into egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture. Repeat with remaining okra. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet until hot. Fry okra in oil in single layer over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
