10 beaten eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 lb monteray jack cheese grated
1/2 lb cheddar- grated
1 tsp baking powder
1 pint cottage cheese
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 can green chiles chopped

Topping:
chopped onions
salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 45--60 min at 350. Serve with the 3 toppings on the side.
