Ingredients:  
1 c. water,
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley,
sugar substitute equivalent to 1 tsp sugar.
1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend,
2 pints fresh brussels sprouts, halved or 2 pkgs (10 oz. each) frozen brussels sprouts, thawed,
1 c (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and diced,
1 T. margarine.

In a saucepan over med. heat, bring water, parsley, sugar substitute and seasoning blend to a boil. Add brussels sprouts. Cover and simmer for 6-8 min. or until tender; drain. Add water chestnuts and margarine; heat through.
