1 tsp. dried oregano,
1 tsp. paprika,
1 tsp. dried thyme,
1 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend,
1/2 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. onion powder,
1/2 tsp. pepper,
1/2 tsp. white pepper,
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper,
1 beef tenderloin (3 lbs.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine seasonings and rub over entire tenderloin. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake uncovered, at 425 degrees until meat is cooked as desired. Allow approximately 55-60 minutes for medium-rare or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees, 62-65 minutes for medium (160 degrees) and 67-70 minutes for well-done (170 degrees). Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
