4 cans diced tomatoes
1 onion
2 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 can chicken broth...sometimes 2
1. tsp garlic chopped
2 cans tomato paste
A few good squirts of ketchup to taste
A few good sprinkles of cinnamon...yes cinnamon!
1 box of lasagna noodles
ricotta cheese
1 pkg of chopped spinach

Brown meat & onion until cooked.
Mix in other ingredients & let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
Lay noodles, pour in sauce, add ricotta and spinach and sprinkle on each layer until up to top of pan.
Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
You can drain the meat of excess water to avoid watery lasagna.

Make sure the chopped spinach is dried out or it gets too watery.
