Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (See topping mix. below)
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour or buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 3/4 c. rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients together and sprinkle on the top of cake mixture

Topping:Mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
