Bite-size pieces of broccoli to fill medium bowl (1-2 heads) depending on how much you want to make
1 small red onion, diced
4-6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c. cheddar or colby cheese

Dressing:
c. Miracle Whip
c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the following: Broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese. Mix together the dressing ingredients by hand (increase quantities for larger salad). Do not add dressing to broccoli mixture until ready to serve.
