2 or 3 butterfly pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. plain stuffing mix
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 T. minced onions
1/4 c. butter
1 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Melt butter, add cream of mushroom soup, water, poultry seasoning, and onions. Stir. Put pork chops in casserole, pour stuffing mixture on top and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 F.
