2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 each red and green bell pepper, seeds and stems removed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain black beans. Chop onion, bell peppers and garlic. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic about 5 min until tender. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add beans, stir until heated. Serve hot.
