Preheat oven to 350º.
Unroll one package of crescent rolls to cover the bottom of an ungreased glass 9x13 pan.
Then, place a layer of ham followed by swiss, salami, provolone,pepperoni and, if desired, roasted red peppers.
Mix 3 eggs, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
Pour 2/3 of mixture over the layers.
Lay the next package of crescent rolls on top and brush with remaining egg mixture.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350º for 30 min.
Uncover and bake for 5 min.
Then, cover the edges with foil and bake for another 10 minutes until nicely browned on top.
Can serve hot or cold.
