1 lb. thinly sliced beef ( round or top sirloin - sliced diagonally. 1 T. oil 1/2 pt. sour cream 3 cloves of garlic - minced 1 T. accent 8 oz of mushrooms thinly sliced 2 T. capers Salt & pepper to taste
Season beef with salt & accent. Fry meat with garlic in large frying pan. Add mushrooms. Cook until beef to lightly brown. Add capers. Fold in sour cream.
