1 16 oz tube of sausage
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c water
3 cups of Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan with Pam or use paper liners. Cook, drain, crumble sausage. Combine eggs, water, Bisquick and cheese, then stir in sausage. Spoon 1/2 cup into each muffin cup. Bake 15 min. or until brown on top.
