1 can white hominy, drain well
1 can yellow hominy, drain well
8 oz sour cream
1 can chopped green chilis, drained
salt, pepper to taste
1 small jar red pimentos, drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, putting one cup cheese in the mix and sprinkle other cup on top. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan at 325 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
