2-3 large peaches
1 c sugar divided into 1/2 cups
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
1 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
Dash of cinnamon
3/4 c milk
3/4 t vanilla or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches with 1/2 c sugar and 1/4 c brown sugar. Pour melted butter into 8" sq. pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon with remaining sugars. Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour over butter in pan. Top with fruit.

Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
