6 slices white or French bread - cubed
1 lb sausage
16 oz. package of pre-shredded cheddar cheese
9 eggs
1 c milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Layer with cooked sausage over bread. Layer cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, and seasonings together and pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 325 for about 45 minutes.
