1 c. honey
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 c. hot water
2 tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
325 - 8 minutes

Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight.
In the morning mix to a firm dough with 5 - 5 1/2 c. of flour. Roll, cut into any desired shape and bake.
