1 lb. sausage-cooked & crumbled
1 lb. bacon-cooked & crumbled
1 lrge. pkge. plain stuffing cubes
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 t. dried minced onions
1 pkge. shreddd cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put stuffing cubes on bottom of dish, sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over stuffing, then cooked sausage and bacon, onions. In a seperate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over contents in baking dish. Add remainder of cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
