1/2 cup olive oil
1 lb. Round steak ground
1 cup onion diced
1 clove garlic-minced
1 tbls chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1-4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 cup ripe olives (cut up)
2 cups tomato juice
1 can italian tomato paste
1/2 cup water (about 1 cup if wanted thinner)
3/4 cup celery- minced
2 medium carrots- grated
1 package spaghetti

Take 1/2 of meat and shape in 1" balls. Brown in olive oil or shortening. Take out meat to avoid breaking balls. Add rest of meat to onion and garlic and fry.

After browning, add all ingredients except celery, carrots and meat balls. Simmer for 45 mins. Add celery and carrots, and meat balls, and simmer for 15 mins.
