1 lb. Ground beef or turkey
1 small can tomato sauce
1 large can of whole hominy
salt
pepper
garlic salt
chili powder
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan, brown 1 lb. ground beef or turkey. Add seasonings (pepper, salt, garlic salt, chili powder) and tomato sauce. Mix in a large (drained) can of whole hominy (not grits). Place contents in a casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted.
