1/4 c. margarine
3 T. flour
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
~2 c. macaroni
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in pan on low to medium heat. Add flour and cook flour for 1 minute. Slowly add milk and let it thicken. Then slowly add 2 c. grated cheese to melt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked macaroni in a casserole. Sprinkle with more grated cheese and some paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 325 F. Consider adding corn flake or bread crumbs to the top in the last 5 minutes. Done when brown and bubbly. (Cheddar or American Cheese)
