3 cups pumpkin
4 eggs well beaten
1 1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter

Mix and bake in the over at 370 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
