1 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp corn-starch
2/3 cup corn syrup
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn-starch. Put in sauce pan and add corn syrup, butter and water. Stir until it starts to boil and boil to 106 degrees Fahrenheit or until it firms in a firm ball in cold water, add salt. Pour on greased slab or tray. When cool enough to handle, pull until light in color.
