3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unpeeled ground shredded zucchini
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dates
1 c. pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla until thick. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Two 9 x 5 loaf pans. Bake one hour, 350 F.
