3-4 lb. pot roast
2 medium onions
celery
carrots
potatoes
Mix:
2 tsp. salt
3 T. tapioca
2 T. sugar
1 c. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat and vegetables in large pan. Meat on the bottom. Sprinkle mix all over meat and vegetables. Pour tomato sauce over next. Cover pan and bake at 250 F for 4 hours; or 300 F for 3 hours.
