2 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed 4 eggs 3 c. flour 3 t. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 1 t. baking soda 1 t. salt 1 c. chopped pecans
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Combine strawberries, eggs and oil in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add strawberry mixture and stir until well mixed. Add nuts. Pour into pans and bake for one hour in a pre-heated 350º oven. Freezes well.
