"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

In a large skillet, cook meat and onion until browned. Add salt and pepper. Add drained beans and soup; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes while hot; add milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Bake in moderate oven 350º for 25-30 minutes. *Prepare 4 servings instant mashed potatoes except reserve the milk. Add egg and season with salt and pepper to taste.
