12 vanilla wafer cookies
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
12 cupcake papers
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Put cupcake papers in pans and place 1 cookie in each paper. Cream the cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla together and divide among the 12 cupcake papers. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. After baked and cooled, put a tbsp. of canned pie filling on top. Garnish with a tbsp. of whipped cream.
