1/2 c. green onion, sliced
2 T. oil
1c. uncooked Rice
1/4 c. green bell peppers,chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped;(opt.)
2 c. Chicken Broth
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in oil till tender.
Add all other ingredients.
Pour into a 2 Qt. casserole dish and cover.
Bake 30 minutes or till rice is done at 350 degrees.
Toss with fork when done

This can very easily be doubled or more for large groups.
