4 eggs (well beaten) add 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar add pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla 3 cup warm milk (hot but not scalding) Pour into unbaked pie crust. (deep dish) Bake at 425º for 18 minutes. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
