1 cup prepared buckwheat or whole wheat pancake mix 1/2 envelope Quaker instant oatmeal (any flavor) 3/4 c. water
Whisk ingredients together until large lumps dissolve. Pour onto oiled and heated griddle or skillet about 1/4 cup at a time. Turn cakes when bubbles rise to surface and break. Serve with syrup and butter.
