1/2 pound thinly sliced boiled ham
1/2 pound thinly sliced swiss cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 c. unseasoned breadcrumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Place two slices of cheese atop one slice of ham. Roll up together and slice into thirds. Carefully flour ham rolls, dip into evaporated milk and gently cover with bread crumbs so as not to unravel rolls. Cook in a deep fryer or in 1 inch of oil in a skillet at 400 degrees until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
