2 lb. – ground beef OR ground chuck
1 pkg. – Lipton’s onion soup mix
1 can – Milnot OR other evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and soup mix until well blended. Moisten with Milnot until it is moist enough to spread easily on buns. Split hamburger buns in halves, spread hamburger mixture on each half. Place on cookie sheet and put under broiler. Watch closely so they don’t burn. Takes about 5 minutes or more for hamburger to be done, depending on how thick you made them. Cheese can be added for a short time, after meat is cooked. Can be served with pickles, onions, tomatoes, or whatever you like. This can be stretched to feed 12 to 15 people.
